PURE/HONEY COCKTAIL
Inspired by the Renaissance Tour and Queen Bey’s song “Pure/Honey”, this fig and honey prosecco smash is the perfect sipper. The sweetness of the figs, raw honey and elderflower liqueur balanced with the herb notes of the thyme and tartness of lemon juice paired with a dry prosecco is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Cheers!

INGREDIENTS
2 figs, halved, plus and additional for garnish
2 oz of elderflower liqueur
.5 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Raw Honey
4 sprigs of fresh thyme, divided
Prosecco, to top
INSTRUCTIONS
1. To a cocktail shaker, add the following:
- figs
- elderflower liqueur
- lemon juice
- honey
- 2 sprigs thyme
2. Using a muddler, gently muddle the figs until they release their juices.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double strain into a coupe glass.
5. Top off with Prosecco.
6. Garnish with figs and remaining thyme sprigs.
