Burrata Prosciutto Fig Crostini
This fresh fig, burrata, and prosciutto crostini recipe is such a simple, elegant appetizer. We love the harmony of textures and flavors.

For The Crostini
1/2 baguette
1/4 cup of olive oil
For The Topping:
4 oz prosciutto sliced thin
4 oz burrata, torn into bite-sized pieces
6 fresh figs, quartered
high quality balsamic glaze
wildflower honey
fresh basil, torn
instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree F
- Place baguette slices on baking tray and brush one side with olive oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly before topping
- In the meantime, slice fresh figs
- Tear prosciutto into 2-3 smaller strips
- Tear burrata into bite size pieces
- Top each slice with a small ribbon of prosciutto, a small scoop of burrata, 1 slice of fresh fig, and a drizzle of honey.
- Sprinkle with sea salt
