Return Policy

Unused and unworn merchandise in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, may be returned when a return request is submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. To request a return, email info@maisona.net with your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns must be authorized before being shipped.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Once the merchandise is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Items marked Final Sale, personalized items, gift cards, swimwear, earrings, and beauty or personal-care products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@maisona.net within five calendar days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. Once approved, Maison A will cover the return shipping cost.
