HAMBURGER HELPER

Remember how much you loved Hamburger Helper growing up?! Well, now it’s back with a truffle-infused twist! This easy-to-make, one pot dish is perfect for weeknight dinners.

COOK TIME: 30 minutes | PREP TIME: 5 minutes | SERVINGS: 4

ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lb. ground beef

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups beef broth

1 1/2 cups half & half

1 tablespoon TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups dry macaroni noodles

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
  2. Add ground beef, and cook until browned, about five minutes.
  3. Add the cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and salt, stir to combine with the ground beef.
  4. Add the broth, half and half, TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce, and Worcestershire, and whisk to combine, bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the macaroni noodles, cover, and reduce heat.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the noodles are tender and the sauce has thickened.
  7. Remove the pot from the heat and add the grated cheddar cheese, stir until melted.
  8. Divide the homemade hamburger helper between plates or bowls, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and drizzle with TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce.
